Finances

As a school council, we make decisions on the finances held by two different organizations.

1. The school has a bank account that it holds all funds for school council that are generated by the school (School Generated Funds = SGF). This is currently done through School Cash Online and includes items like LOTG (Lunch-On-The-Go).

2. The Agnes Davidson School Parent Fundraising Association (ADSPFA), has a chequing and savings account at a credit union. This  account is where all your e-transfers to 'Treasurer@ADCouncil.ca' end up, and allows us to have more control of the timing of accepting and sending payments.
